Stabbing Suspect On The Loose In Coeur d'Alene

COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho - Kootenai County officials have Highway 95 shut down between Canfield Ave. and Prairie Ave. right now as they search for a stabbing suspect Monday evening.
They believe the suspect is in the wooded area near the various retail stores.
About a dozen units are responding, including a helicopter.
The victim was stabbed in the chest and legs. There is no word on the extent of injuries or if the victim is male or female.
