Santa Express Is Open! Let Your Kids Do The Shopping And Support A Great Cause At The Same Time

SPOKANE, Wash. - Let's be honest, the reason kids love Christmas so much is because of those wonderful presents under the tree and the magical idea that Santa somehow manages to stop at every house and bring toys to all the good little girls and boys. However, when given the opportunity, kids can love giving just as much.

Santa Express is a holiday store that allows children to share in the joy of giving. The store is meant for children ages 4 through 12 and all the gifts for sale have been donated and range in price from 50 cents to $8.00.  Kids are accompanied by one of Santa's Elves who help them pick out little gifts for all their loved ones. Then, children decorate gift bags, wrapping each one individually so that mom and dad can't see what their child has picked out for them until Christmas day.

All the net proceeds are donated to the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery. While kids shop, parents can shop as well at Vanessa's Village, a boutique just outside of Santa Express full of reasonably priced gifts.

Santa Express if located in downtown Spokane in the skywalk level of the Crescent Building just across the street from the Riverpark Square Mall. The address is 707 West Main Avenue. Store hours are Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Santa Express will be open until December 23, but gifts are limited so shop early for the best selection!
