HELENA, Mont. (AP) - The Montana Army National Guard says nearly 90 troops from the 260th Engineer Company based in Miles City are returning from their deployment in Afghanistan. Maj. Tim Crowe says in a statement the troops will arrive in Billings Friday at 11:30 a.m. on a charter plane.
