Police In Idaho Say Man Purposely Drove Into Traffic

BOISE, Idaho (AP) - An Ada County man is facing felony aggravated assault charges after police say he intentionally drove his vehicle into oncoming traffic.    Authorities say 28-year-old Abel Garcia Jr. intentionally swerved into the opposite lane Sunday afternoon, causing a head-on collision in West Boise.    The other motorist involved in the crash was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police have not provided a motive for Garcia's actions. But they say they have evidence suggesting the crash was intentional and that Garcia did not know the injured driver.    Garcia was not hurt in the crash.    Felony aggravated assault is punishable by up to five years in prison.(Copyright 2013 The Associated Press.
