POLICE: DUI Suspect Pulls Gun On Group Of Men Confronting Him About His Driving

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police arrested a man Monday evening after he allegedly pulled a gun and fired a shot towards a group of men confronting him about his driving.

Police say the group of men told them the driver almost ran over a little girl while driving through their neighborhood just before 6:00 PM. The group of men, an adult male and two teenage males, followed the suspect back to his house to confront him. During the confrontation the DUI suspect went into his house and came out with a gun. He allegedly pointed the gun at the group and then fired a round into the ground.

After that, the suspect went back into the house and got a baseball bat, however police arrived before he could use it against the group.

The suspect was arrested for DUI and 2nd Degree Assault.
