Otto Zehm Memorial In Mission Park

SPOKANE, Wash. - It's been six years since the death of Otto Zehm, and on Wednesday a memorial was unveiled in Spokane to honor his life.

The plaque was placed on the north end of Mission Park's picnic shelter and reads "In Memory Of Otto Zehm".

Their loved one died two days after he was beaten and tazed by police officers at a Spokane convenience store.  This memorial is part of a settlement with Zehm's family.

Halloween would have been Otto Zehm's 43rd birthday.
