The Discover Pass is now in it's third year, and Washington is no longer giving out warnings anywhere in the state. Now, if you're caught sneaking into a state park, you're going to get a ticket.
One-day passes cost $10, and it costs $30 for an annual pass. Without one on your windshield, you will face a fine of $99. People who have a pass but do not display it can get the ticket reduced to $59.
