OMAK, Wash. (AP) - Temperatures in the 30s overnight cooled down a wildfire burning near Shelton.    Department of Natural Resources spokeswoman Sarah Foster says the fire remains at 150 acres Friday morning and 100 firefighters who worked through the night have it 30 percent contained.    Residents of about a dozen homes who evacuated have been allowed to return.    The fire threatened about 100 structures after it took off Thursday afternoon in gusty winds. Calmer weather is forecast Friday in the Shelton area with a high near 70 but still dry.    Foster says a state team is taking over management of the fire with at least 200 firefighters and support resources.(Copyright 2012 The Associated Press.
