Missing 71-Year-Old Idaho Man Found Safe In Nevada

BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Police say an elderly man who was reported missing from a Boise group home has been found safe in Nevada.    Neighbors of 71-year-old Clarence Owsley reported him missing on Friday, saying he had left to go for a walk early that morning but never returned home.    Officials in Humboldt County, Nevada found Owsley after the Boise Police entered his information into a national database.
