Man Charged With Slashing Tires On Patrol Car

SPOKANE, Wash. - On Friday night, Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a house where a party had been disrupting neighbors. When the police officers arrived, the homeowner decided to break up the party on his own.

As deputies were talking to the homeowner, police say that a 25-year-old man slashed all four tires of the deputy's squad car.

That man, police say, was Mikhaul Vasyukhnevich. Deputies were able to put him in handcuffs and take him to the Spokane County Jail. He is charged with 1st Degree Assault, and 1st Degree Malicious Mischief.

The homeowner would not talk KHQ on camera, but one of the party-goers said that there were 200-300 people at the party.
