Man Accused Of Trying To Nab Girl While Naked

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Police say a 50-year-old Billings man tried to take an 11-year-old girl outside her home while he was naked.    Court records say Billings police first received a 911 call on Feb. 10 of a naked man in a park. Forty minutes later, a woman reported a naked man had chased her niece from the outside girl's home.    Three days later, the girl's mother called police to report a naked man had approached their house.    The Billings Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/WjOdwN) responding officers found Douglas Keith Winkler in a truck with his pants around his ankles.    He was charged Thursday with attempted sexual assault, an alternative charge of assault on a minor, two counts of indecent exposure, plus DUI, obstructing and resisting arrest.    Judge Larry Herman set bond at $100,000.Information from: Billings Gazette, http://www.billingsgazette.com(Copyright 2013 The Associated Press.
