SEATTLE (AP) - The weather is turning colder in Washington. The National Weather Service forecasts overnight lows through the weekend in the 30s and highs in the 40s in Western Washington. In Eastern Washington, lows are forecast in the 20s and 30s with highs in the low 40s through Veterans Day. Snow is forecast Thursday and Friday on the east side of Washington and the Idaho Panhandle, but accumulations are expected to be light in Washington.(Copyright 2012 The Associated Press.
