Overnight: Well, just as quickly as those afternoon showers sprouted, they'll die down just as quickly…partly cloudy skies & crisp conditions remainMonday: A mix of clouds with some sunny patches greet the school kids & morning commuters…However, increasing clouds are forecast during the afternoon with spotty light rain beginning for the late afternoon commute home…This rain should turn into snow overnight…Low/High 32°/44°Tuesday: *Bonners Ferry into Boundary County may receive up to 6 inches of heavy early season snow, disrupting/delaying deliveries & school bus routes*Locally, plan for big, wet snowflakes & a slushy morning commute…by mid-morning the snow on local yards should be melting…Also, the overall conditions improve as the sun reappears & partial clearing ensures for lunch into the evening…Low/High 32°/44°Tune In tonight: Two weeks after a new record was set in the Arctic Ocean for the least amount of sea ice coverage, there's another sea ice record to talk about…Dave
