Idaho Woman Dies In House Fire; Oxygen Tank May Be To Blame

RIGGINS, Idaho (AP) - A house fire in Riggins has claimed the life of a 75-year-old woman.    Idaho County officials say the fire was reported at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday by several residents who indicated the woman was possibly still inside.    Sheriff's Cpl. Jonny Wilson responded alone with the fire department. Wilson found Janice Ruark's body in the house.    The cause of the fire hasn't been determined, but officials say smoking in the vicinity of an oxygen tank may have played a role.(Copyright 2013 The Associated Press.
