SEATTLE (AP) - Forecasters say cooler temperatures will follow Tuesday's rain and blustery weather across Washington.    A winter storm warning will be in effect to 4 a.m. Wednesday when the snow level drops to 2,500 feet.    The National Weather Service expects heavy snow at times affecting travel Tuesday night in the mountain passes. Accumulations of 10 to 18 inches of new snow are possible.    Forecasters say cool, showery weather will likely continue into next weekend with snow in the mountains and rain in the lowlands and valleys.(Copyright 2012 The Associated Press.
