OTIS ORCHARDS, Wash. - The Washington State Patrol and Spokane Valley Firefighters responded to a two car collision Monday afternoon during rush hour at Trent and Harvard.
One of the cars flipped on its top, but only minor injuries were reported. One driver was cited.
Traffic on Trent was blocked in both directions while crews worked to clear the scene.
