NEW YORK (AP) - Online retailers are hoping consumers will shop, shop, shop today.    The research firm comScore predicts that Americans will spend $1.5 billion on Cyber Monday, which would be a 20 percent jump from last year.    Retailers have ramped up their deals to get shoppers to click on their websites.
