Armed Robbery At Subway In North Spokane

UPDATE: Late Monday morning authorities confirmed with KHQ that an armed robbery happened at a Subway in N. Spokane as a female employee was leaving to take a deposit to the bank. She rolled down her window when the suspect approached her vehicle and tapped on the window.

The suspect demanded, "Where is it," then opened the car door and pointed a gun at her. She handed him the deposit  bag and he took off on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 30's, about 5'4" and a thin build. He was wearing jeans with a gray hoodie and had a bandana covering his nose and mouth. His gun was wrapped in a red bandana.

Police have so far been unsuccessful at tracking him with a K-9 unit.
