BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) - The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington is $3.38.    That's down 2 cents in a week, but the same prices as a month ago. It's 8 cents higher than the national average.    Some metro prices from the AAA's Monday survey: Bellingham $3.50, Bremerton $3.44, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $3.45, Tacoma $3.43, Olympia $3.43, Vancouver $3.37, Yakima $3.29, Tri-Cities $3.15, Spokane $3.06.(Copyright 2013 The Associated Press. UPDATE: The female driver has been identified as Jennifer A. Schmidt of Spokane Valley. The male driver has been identified as Sean D. Moss. Both Schmidt and Moss were life-flighted by Medstar to Sacred Heart. The State Patrol says both vehicles were totaled and both drivers were wearing seatbelts
