Tori Spelling hospitalized because of childbirth complications

Tori Spelling was hospitalized over the weekend for complications from her recent childbirth, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

As first reported by TMZ.com, Spelling, who is married to Dean McDermott, was hospitalized Saturday. She underwent emergency surgery because of complications from her C-section, according to the actress' rep. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably," the rep said.

Spelling gave birth to her fourth child, Finn, on Aug. 30. The pregnancy was unplanned, with Spelling finding out she was expecting again just five months after giving birth to her daughter Hattie last October. Finn joins siblings Liam, 5, Stella, 4, and Hattie, 10 months.
