The four-time Grammy winner, 50, battled breast cancer in 2006. "I haven't really talked about it," Crow said of the brain tumor diagnosis. "In November, I found out I have a brain tumor. But it's benign, so I don't have to worry about it."
Crow is doing well following the surprising diagnosis. "She has no symptoms and everything is fine," her rep tells E! News. "It was a random mention during the [Vegas] interview. It was not meant to alarm anyone. She is doing great and is healthy and happy."
Crow released her most recent album, 100 Miles from Memphis, in 2010 and is currently working with director Barry Levinson on the musical version of his 1982 film Diner.
