Police called to break up argument between Lindsay Lohan and mother

Never a dull moment in the Lohan household.

Police were called to Dina Lohan's home in Long Island, N.Y., early Wednesday morning because of an incident involving Dina and her daughter Lindsay, according to authorities.

Police received a report of a disturbance at the house shortly after 8 a.m., Officer James Imperiale tells TVGuide.com. "An investigation was conducted and a verbal argument between Dina Lohan and Lindsay Lohan occurred," Imperiale said. "No arrests were made."

Report: Lindsay Lohan claims she was assaulted

It was Lindsay's father (and Dina's ex-husband) Michael who called police, sources told the New York Post.

The mother-daughter duo had reportedly been partying in a Manhattan nightclub and left around 4 a.m. to head to Dina's home, TMZ reports. The club where they spent the evening was allegedly the same club where Lindsay clipped a man with her SUV in the parking lot last month.
