Oops! Sofia Vergara had a wardrobe malfunction at the Emmys

By Liz Raftery,

The audience at the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards nearly got an extreme close-up of Modern Family star Sofia Vergara when the cast went up to accept the award for Best Comedy at the end of the evening.

Vergara had a wardrobe malfunction just before the winner was announced, with the zipper on the back of her dress splitting open and leaving her rear exposed.

Always one to maintain a good sense of humor, Vergara tweeted a picture of the mishap with the caption, "Yes!!!! This happend 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!"

Vergara reportedly made a beeline for the ladies room with her fiance's jacket tied around her waist and had an emergency wardrobe team MacGyver the dress back together.

"Modern Family won!! Dress malfunction !!! Thank you emergency team!!!" she tweeted.

Sounds like a moment made for TV!
