Miley Cyrus says that a photo that surfaced of her smoking pot is not real.

"I don't have an Instagram," Cyrus clarified on Twitter.

On Tuesday, someone with the Instagram account mileyxxcyrus posted a photo of a blonde that looks like the 20-year-old, but whose face is covered with a cloud of smoke. "High as [heck]," the caption read.

This isn't the first time Cyrus has been associated with marijuana. In November 2011, a video filmed at her 19th birthday showed Cyrus being presented with a Bob Marley birthday cake. "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much ... weed," she said in the video.
