Melissa Joan Hart gave birth to a baby boy Tuesday night, her third son with husband Mark Wilkerson.

The Melissa & Joey star took to Twitter to share the news, writing "Baby boy Tucker has finally arrived! We waited all year to meet this lil man&we could not be more excited & relieved that he is in our arms!"

Tucker's older brothers are Braydon, 4, and Mason, 6.
