Once Lindsay Lohan finally made it to court, the 26-year-old starlet accepted a plea deal that will send her to rehab for 90 days, US Magazine reports.

Monday's hearing marked the start of Lohan's trial for lying to police after she crashed her car on the Pacific Coast Highway last year. But Lohan, who was nearly an hour late after her flight was delayed, pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving. As part of the deal, Lohan will not be sentenced to a six-month prison term for violating her probation in conjunction with the shoplifting case — as long as she doesn't break the law again.

In addition, Lohan is required to receive psychological counseling for 18 months and must also complete 30 days of community labor, which must be done in New York.
