Lil Wayne hospitalized after suffering two seizures in 24 hours

Lil Wayne was hospitalized Friday after he suffered his second seizure in 24 hours, TMZ reports.

The rapper, real name: Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., was on a plane traveling from Texas to Los Angeles when he started convulsing and the plane was forced to immediately divert to Louisiana. Lil Wayne, 30, was admitted to a local hospital for treatment, and he was expected to be released late Friday.

Lil Wayne was first hospitalized Thursday night when he suffered a seizure on another flight. His rep attributed the health scare to dehydration and migraines, and he was released from a Texas hospital several hours later.
