Kat Von D obtains restraining order against "delusional" fan

By Natalie Abrams,

Kat Von D may feel just a little bit safer this holiday season.

A judge granted the tattoo artist a temporary restraining order against a fan who has been harassing her on Twitter, TMZ.com reports. Michael Nunn, who had posted her home phone number online, has also been making Von D's life hell in person, showing up at her house in April as well as popping up at a public event in June.

According to the restraining order documents, Von D believes Nunn has "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him."

The restraining order will keep Nunn 100 yards away from Von D, and prohibits him from contacting her online.
