Janet Jackson is engaged to her boyfriend, billionaire Wissam Al Mana, Us Weekly reports.

A source tells the magazine Al Mana, a luxury-brand mogul, proposed "earlier this year" and gave Jackson "a huge, expensive ring."

Their wedding will take place this spring in Qatar, and Al Mana is flying all of Jackson's friends and family in on private jets, according to the report.

It will be the third marriage for Jackson.
