Hayden Panettiere crashed her car in Nashville last month after allegedly running a red light, TMZ reports.According to the crash report, the actress crashed her BMW into a Geo Prism on Nov. 14. The accident could have been avoided if Panettiere hadn't run a red light, a witness said in the report.Fall TV Report Card: How are Nashville and the other new shows doing?But the Nashville star wasn't the only one who broke the law. When the other driver made a left turn at the time of the accident, instead of turning into the proper lane, he turned into Panettiere's.No one was seriously injured in the accident.
