Did Chris Brown get a tattoo of Rihanna on his neck?

Though Chris Brown's new neck tattoo shares an eerie resemblance to crime photos that were taken of his ex-girlfriend after he allegedly assaulted her, Brown's rep insists that the ink is not an image of a beaten-up Rihanna.

Brown's rep says instead that his tattoo is a combination of a sugar skull, which is associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead, and a MAC cosmetics design he saw. Brown's tattoo artist Peter Koskela echoed the rep, stating that Brown brought him the design.

Rihanna opens up to Oprah about Chris Brown: "He needed help"

"It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported," the rep said in a statement.

The news comes just days after Rihanna also got some new ink, a large tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis beneath her breasts, which she shared recently on Twitter.
