Dennis Quaid's wife, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, has filed for legal separation from the actor and the pair's divorce is imminent, TMZ reports.

Buffington-Quaid previously filed for divorce in March, but later withdrew the petition. In the latest filing, she's asking for full custody of the couple's 4-year-old twins, though Quaid, who is currently starring on Vegas, would get visitation rights, according to TMZ.
