Butter Queen Paula Deen's super top-secret weight loss tip: Moderation!

After the holidays, most of the country is looking to shed a few pounds.

However, they can turn to one unlikely hero in their fight against the scale. TV chef Paula Deen, who has lost 36 pounds since being diagnosed with diabetes earlier last year.

In the new issue of Women's Day, Deen reveals several of her new weight loss tricks that include using more Greek yogurt to "add creaminess" to recipes, cutting back on many of the foods she enjoys, and specifically focusing on portion control and eating more slowly. "It's amazing how little changes will give you big results," she told the magazine.

In the past, Deen had credited a lot of her new figure to her decision to cut sweet tea out of her diet altogether.
