Amanda Bynes charged with DUI, pleads with Obama to fire cop who arrested her

Amanda Bynes is hoping the president can bail her out of a DUI.
"Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end," the 26-year-old actress tweeted on Tuesday.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bynes was charged earlier on Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, stemming from her April 6 arrest. On the night in question, Bynes side-swiped a cop car, refused to take a Breathalyzer and was arrested and booked with bail set at $5,000.
Bynes is scheduled to appear in front of a Beverly Hills Superior Court judge. If convicted, the actress faces 48 hours in jail, three years probation and a nine-month alcohol program.
