(MYFOX NATIONAL) - The mystery of why a woman had a squirrel in her tank top at a police station has been solved.
Police in Warren, Ohio, recently released a tape of a woman being questioned for a crime. During her questioning, a squirrel popped out of her tank top, to the surprise of detectives.

Fox 8 in Cleveland has identified the woman as 26-year-old Amber Finney. Finney said a friend found the squirrel injured with a broken leg on the street and gave it to Finney, knowing she was an animal lover.
As to why she showed up at the police station with it tucked in her top, Finney told Fox 8, "Everybody knows you cannot take an animal into the police station. This animal needed 24-hour-care and I couldn't just leave it outside. So the only place I could hide it was in my shirt."
Finney said she has helped the squirrel recover and has set him free. She said she still sees the squirrel running around her neighborhood.
Finney is also surprised at the attention the video is getting. "When I walked into the store down the street, [someone] said, 'Hey you were on TV.'"
