Amber Alert Issued for Michigan Girl, 5, Authorities Say

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 5-year-old girl last seen in Monroe.

The Monroe County sheriff's department is searching for Neviaeh Amyah Buchanan, who has been missing since 8:15 p.m. Sunday.

Neviaeh is 3-foot-8, weighs 45 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities found her bicycle in the parking lot of an apartment and believe she is in extreme danger.

She last was seen wearing a red, white and blue striped shirt and knee-length jeans.
